Ang and I wanted to give y’all a update on the orders since it looks like there hasn’t been much progress, but there has. This past week has proven to be less productive than we had anticipated as far as completing current orders but we’re going to be changing that as of this weekend and heading into next week. We apologize for the slight hold up guys.

Welcome to the debut of Sin21 Designs! As you can see we are now fully established and ready for orders!

We know many of you have been waiting patiently, and some impatiently…with good reason. We’ve been absent in the designing world for a little bit now and it’s about time we jump back in feet first. As you can see the custom design on the site you are viewing now is more organized and browser friendly than our previous designs. All the pages have been updated and/or completely renovated in the process of finally putting up a long over due portfolio of our past work along with a nifty little script for you, our customers.

Sin21 is all about pleasing you and by doing so we have to always keep our eyes peeled for the best way to stay in touch during the design process while also thinking of how we will manage to keep everything organized when juggling more than one order at a time. Thankfully we have found a lovely script that can do just that! The script itself is what will, hopefully help us maintain a balance with our designs so that we no longer have to become befuddled by a mess of emails waiting in our inbox. What this script does is allow you instant contact to us during the design process, meaning when we accept your order you will receive a simple username and password to use to login to said script. Once logged in you will be able to see which package you ordered, the status of your order, how much it is going to cost (including a nifty button to pay using paypal) as well as the “files” section where we may upload previews of the design during it’s duration of being created to show you how things are going if the need should arise. There is also the ever so handy “contact” section which is, in retrospect a bit like a Facebook wall that you can write on. Though in this case it’s your direct way to get in contact with us while designing. Which will make our job easier because there will be no long list of email’s with a large number of replies but instead one page of steady back and forth conversation where we can discuss and answer your designing questions.

I hope you all didn’t find that confusing because it’s actually very simple. We hope you all enjoy the new site design and we look forward to seeing your orders. We do want to mention however that not every order we receive will be accepted.
